De La Salle Camogie Club members help Waterford retain All-Ireland Under 16 ‘B’ Title


Well done to our club girls Taylor Healy (capt), Colette Hogan, Katie Ryan, Niamh Murphy (1-2), Aisling Madigan (0-1), Chloe Dempsey and their teammates on the U-16 county squad who played Dublin in the All Ireland U-16B Championship Final in Nenagh on Sunday. Waterford winning out on a scoreline  of Waterford 2-8 Dublin 1-7. Decky Drohan (manager) and Derek Healy (mentor) were part of the management team along with Philly Curley (Lismore) Mick Norris (Clonea) and Martina English (Tramore).

Club Training :

U-8, 10  squads on Weds 2nd Sept @ 6.30pm in Gracedieu. 

Junior, U-18 & U-16 squads on Thurs 3rd Sept @ 7pm in Gracedieu.

U-13 tbc after Tues match.

Fixtures:

U-13 League Round 2 @ home v Lismore on Tues 1st Sept throw in 7.15pm in Gracedieu.

We have quailfied for the U-16 A championship semi finals & U-18 A County Final, dates-times-venues tbc.

Results:

Our U-13 girls opened there League campaign with a loss away v Butlerstown/Ferrybank on Tues 25th Aug in an entertaining game.
