2016 Season is just around the corner

Season 2016 is just around the corner and the camogie club will be entering teams at U-8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and Intermediate in the local County Championships/Blitzes.

Training:

U-8 & U-10 club training resumes on Weds 17th Feb indoors in the Presentation Secondary School hall at 7pm. 

U-12 & 14s tbc asap as well as the U-16, 18 and Intermediate squads.

Newcomers are always more than welcome to attend on the day.

Awards:

With all our squads from U-12 up to adult Junior contesting A County Finals our awards ceremony for the girls will take place on Sunday 21st Feb at 5pm in the Gracedieu clubhouse. Club girls from U-8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and Junior, parents, family members and supporters of DLS Camogie are invited to attend and show their appreciation to the girls for their tremendous efforts shown throughout 2015.

County:

Best of luck to our club girls, Brianna O'Regan, Beth Carton, Courtney Healy, Colette Hogan, Caoimhe Drohan, Aisling Madigan, Niamh Murphy and Chloe Dempsey who are members of the minor county squad who play Galway in the 1st Round of the Minor A Championship in WIT Carriganore at 2pm on Sunday 21st Feb. Joey Carton is also a mentor with this squad.

Congrats also to Aisling and Lucy Hogan who are members of the U-16 County Squads who will contest the Munster U-16 A & C Championships shortly.

Bag Pack:

Our club bag pack will take place in the Hyper Centre Supervalu on Thurs 3rd, Fri 4th & Sat 5th March.
