Well done to our girls who did
themselves, their families, club and county proud in what was only our second
appearance at this fantastic competition. To play 6 games against top class
opposition and to win 5 from 6 was an outstanding achievement just losing out
at the final hurdle to the reigning 2017 champions. Many thanks to our bus
driver Jimmy from Piltown Coaches for all his help and co-operation throughout
the day.
Our goalkeeper Brianna O'Regan also
finished in 1st place the Long Puck Competition with 2 fine long pucks moving
up a place from her 2nd place finish in 2017.
