De La Salle Camogie Club Notes

Club Training:

U-8, 10 & 13  squads on Weds 9nd Sept @ 6.30pm in Gracedieu. 

U-16 squad on Tues 8th Sept @ 6.30pm in Gracedieu.

Junior & U-18 squads on Thurs 10th Sept @ 7pm in Gracedieu.

Fixtures:

U-8 & U-10 blitz in Brickey Rangers on Sat 12th Sept starting @ 11am.

U-16A Championship semi final DLS v Tramore-Butlerstown Thurs 10th Sept @ 630pm in Gracedieu. 

Results:

Our U-13 girls played Lismore in Cleaboy on Tues 1st Sept. Well done to both teams on a  highly entertaining game. Result: DLS 2-1 Lismore 4-1.

On Sat 5th Sept the girls played Modeligo away in another entertaining game. Result: Modeligo 8-3 DLS 4-1. All the squad got game time in both games.

Best of luck to the Waterford Intermediate Camogie Squad and management team in their All Ireland Championship Final in Croke Park next Sunday versus Kildare. De La Salle camogie club have 2 representatives on the panel Beth Carton and Brianna O Regan. The club are running a bus to the final. Contact 087-2509779 to reserve your seat.

Bon voyage to our U-16 club player Rachel Butler who headed off to the USA on Friday 4th Sept on a basketball scholarship. Best wishes to Rachel from all in the club.
